Thank you for choosing Anitra LaVon to help bring your event vision to life. Please carefully review our Terms and Conditions, as they apply to all rental agreements and services.

​1. Rental Period

• Rental items are provided for the specific rental period listed on your invoice or rental agreement.

• Late returns may result in additional charges of [Insert Fee, e.g., $50] per day until items are returned.

• Early pickups must be arranged and approved in advance.

2. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure all rentals.

• Full payment is due no later than 7 days before your event date.

• Failure to pay in full may result in automatic cancellation of your rental order.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit, but no additional fees.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, and full payment will be retained.

4. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery and pickup services are available for an additional fee, based on location and order size.

• All items must be ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time.

• A clear, accessible path must be provided for deliveries and pickups.

• Customer pickups are available by appointment only.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

• Renter is responsible for any damage or loss of rental items during the rental period.

• Fees for damaged, lost, or unreturned items will be charged at replacement cost.

• Cleaning fees may apply if items are returned excessively dirty.

6. Care of Rental Items

• Rental items should only be used for their intended purpose.

• Items should not be exposed to harsh weather, smoke, or open flames unless otherwise noted.

• Do not attempt to clean specialty linens or décor pieces—return as-is unless instructed otherwise.

7. Event Setup

• Setup and breakdown services are available for select items at an additional charge.

• If customer setup is required, instructions will be provided as needed.

8. Liability

• Anitra LaVon Party Rentals is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the misuse of rental items.

• It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure the safe and appropriate use of all items.
