1. Services

Anitra LaVon Graphic Design & Event Stylist provides custom graphic design and luxury event styling services. All services are subject to availability and based on client needs and timelines.

2. Payments

Full payment is required before delivery of final designs or completion of event services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Deposits for events are non-refundable and secure your booking date.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

For design services, no refunds are available once work has begun. For events, cancellations must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date to be eligible for a partial refund or credit. All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials created by Anitra LaVon Graphic Design & Event Stylist, including designs, templates, and imagery, remain the intellectual property of the business unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear and timely communication, content, and approvals. Project delays resulting from lack of feedback may extend delivery timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

Anitra LaVon Graphic Design & Event Stylist is not responsible for any damages, losses, or delays caused by third-party vendors or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
